When we met Sharon and Richard, we were immediately excited at the prospect of working with such a lovely and charming engaged couple. Sharon and Richard came to us extremely prepared and knew precisely what their vision was for their dream engagement photo shoot. Sharon and Richard’s ultimate vision was to incorporate classic historical and urban themes executed in a chic and stylish manner.

The Distillery District located east of Toronto’s Downtown core was the absolute perfect choice in location to bring Sharon and Richard’s vision to life. The historic thirteen acre Distillery District which boasts shops, galleries, cafés, restaurants and bars located within the heritage buildings of the former Gooderham and Worts Distillery is the leading North American gathering of Victorian era industrial architecture. The beautiful and charming brick that is found throughout the buildings and walkways in the District, aided in giving Sharon and Richard’s engagement shoot those classic, urban and chic vibes that they had strongly desired. This stunning slice of Toronto would also be a truly inspired choice to host a gorgeous wedding.

On the day of the shoot, Sharon and Richard could not have been more energetic, charismatic and hard working. Their positive attitudes coupled with their effortless ease with posing resulted in a truly successful and stunning engagement photo shoot. As editorial engagement and wedding photographers it is always a true pleasure to work with such lovely, hard working and organized couples like Sharon and Richard. We were later honoured when we had the utmost pleasure of being the official wedding photographers  for their gorgeous wedding.  We warmly wish Sharon and Richard all the love and happiness they so strongly deserve for this new chapter in their lives.
